MASPEX Malaysia 2013 | Penang Property | MIEA | Facts and figures about Malaysian Secondary Property Exhibition

MASPEX is the brainchild of MIEA(Malaysian Institue of Estate Agents). Penang Edition of the Malaysian Secondary Property Exhibition(MASPEX) is the 2nd in the series of nationwide establishment. 

Fundamental analysis from JPPH data are showing that 70% transaction of residential property is made up of secondary market with the balance contributed by primary market(new project).
